PPA211 Color Challenge

This week there’s another color challenge at the Pals Paper Arts – PPA211! Here is the pretty color combo for the challenge and my card :   The inspiration for my creation was this beautiful card by Lynn on Pinterest. I liked the central butterfly image and the colored square layered on an embossed piece of whisper white card stock, so I started with those, but chose to incorporate more Daffodil Delight in my design. You’re One of a Kind

  In my last post, I challenged you to change out the paper and ink and create a flowery card for someone special. This is the new version I created in summery colors, using paper from Birthday Basics that has a butterfly-like pattern to it. I love the gumball green and crisp cantaloupe together!  Both cards used a half doily as the background for the sentiment, but they are two different sizes with different lace patterns.
